WHO TO CONTACT

CSAS work closely alongside the Christchurch Neighbourhood Policing Team, working out of the police hub and undertakes joint briefings and intelligence sharing.
CSAS Officers have a role to tackle all forms of anti-social behaviour that impact the area, communities, and businesses, whilst also offering support to vulnerable adults through outreach and signposting to relevant services. However, CSAS Officers do not deal with any criminal behaviour or shoplifting.
In cases of emergency, when a crime is in progress, or there is a risk to life or property, residents are urged to dial 999 immediately.
For non-emergency situations requiring assistance from a local police officer, to report incidents or crimes, or to seek crime prevention advice, individuals can reach out to Dorset Police by dialling 101 or by visiting the Dorset Police website at dorset.police.uk.
For queries or concerns specifically directed to CSAS Officer Jen, residents are encouraged to utilise the following contact options:
Duty Phone Number: 07385389338 or Email: [email protected]
Furthermore, residents with concerns about Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) are advised to contact the council directly at [email protected].

Find your local officer, get the latest crime statistics and advice, and find out what we’re doing to tackle crime in your area.

Christchurch & District Chamber of Trade & Commerce
One of our important roles is to represent the business interests to the powers that be – whilst disseminating the fast-changing rules under which we have to operate. We regularly attend meetings with the BCP Council departments and work closely with the BCP Economic Development Services, the local Tourism and Hospitality organisations and a number of other strategy committees and other local organisations to ensure the voice of Christchurch businesses is heard. These bodies are often keen to listen to the real-life problems that we are facing.
We were active in forming the Christchurch Business Improvement (BID) which supports the town centre businesses and work closely with them – if you are a BID member you are entitled to become a member of the Chamber.
