How to Submit Your Event

  2. Fill out the event submission form with all required details.

  3. Submit the form.

  4. Your event will be reviewed and uploaded within 10 working days if it meets the guidelines.

  1. Eligibility: Events must be relevant to the Christchurch business community and align with the Christchurch BID’s mission and values.
  2. Submission Content: All event submissions must include accurate and complete details, including date, time, location, description, and contact information.

  3. Approval Process: All submitted events are subject to review and moderation by the Christchurch BID team. We reserve the right to refuse or remove any event that does not meet our guidelines or is deemed inappropriate.

  4. Timing: Approved events will be uploaded to the website within 10 working days of submission, provided they comply with the guidelines.

  5. Ownership and Responsibility: The event organizer is responsible for the accuracy and legality of the event content. Christchurch BID is not liable for any inaccuracies or changes made by event organizers.

  6. No Guarantees: Submission does not guarantee event listing on the website. We reserve the right to prioritise certain events or decline postings without notice.

  7. Changes and Cancellations: Any changes or cancellations should be communicated promptly to the Christchurch BID team.

  8. Privacy: Personal data submitted will be used solely for event moderation purposes and handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
